Very Proud to have received a Great taste Award for our homemade Chilli jam.
\"This is a wonderful, deep rich-red chilli jam with a generous distribution of pepper seeds. The peppers, chilli and tomatoes were beautifully prepared and cooked well, delivering a lovely texture for a chilli jam. We were impressed by the freshness of this product, which clearly demonstrates the use of high quality ingredients\"
\"Lifting the lid, the jam has a pimento-tomato aroma that previews the flavours that follow. The jam has a good thickness and the chilli flavour builds and builds well in the mouth\"
Some of the judges feedback from the Guild of fine foods.
